Job summary

Clutch is hiring a Vehicle Capture Representative in Toronto to oversee inventory data capture across multiple locations. You will ensure accurate vehicle data, inspections, and listings while collaborating with wholesale to streamline logistics and vehicle movements.

This on-site role requires organization, attention to detail, and a strong drive for accuracy. The ideal candidate has a background in automotive or data capture (0–2 years) and holds a G2 license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Able to work 100% on-site in Ontario.
• G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record in Ontario.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Willing to weekend and rotating shifts 8am–6pm.
• Background in automotive or data capture preferred (0–2 years).

About The Role

The Vehicle Capture Representative will oversee the coordination and optimization of inventory capture across multiple storage and facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records capturing, declarations and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and an eye for detail.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately capture and upload the vehicle data to internal systems.
• Maintain accurate and updated vehicle data in the internal systems.
• Perform all vehicle inspections with major attention to detail in order to provide a high quality listing for customers and minimize errors, cancelled sales and arbitration.
• Collaborate closely with the wholesale department to streamline logistics processes and ensure efficient vehicle movement between storage sites.
• Work in different storage sites, dealerships and auction sites to capture vehicles timely.
• Oversee junior vehicle capture representatives and shuttle drivers to provide training, guidance and support.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail - critical for accurate captures.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working 100% on-site.
• License: Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
• Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.
• Flexible to work over the weekend and rotating shifts from 8am to 6pm.
