Job summary

Seapeak is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Vancouver to lead the local HR and office team. You will handle payroll, employee relations, recruitment, and HRIS alignment while collaborating with global HR peers across Glasgow, Bahrain, Manila and Vancouver.

The role oversees compensation, benefits, learning, and development, reporting to the Director, Human Resources. Hybrid working is available after probation, with on-site duties at the head office in Vancouver.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Diploma in Human Resources is required.
• Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience including payroll processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor for Vancouver employees; provide confidential support and problem-solving.
• Manage employee relations including performance issues, coaching managers, and documentation.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations; support compensation and benefits programs.
