You will design across desktop, tablet and mobile, ensure WCAG/AODA compliance, build design systems, and maintain documentation. Excellent communication and agile collaboration are essential.

• Must have proven experience designing accessible, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile.
• Strong user research and usability testing capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG) and design system implementation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and secure, role-based workflow design.

Aufgaben

• Design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces and AI-assisted workflows.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, process flows, and design specifications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered designs supporting human review and approval of AI-generated content.
• Design and test experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve designs based on testing and business needs.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and support inclusive user experiences.
• Create and maintain design documentation, design systems, and reusable UI components.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, user needs, and process requirements.
• Analyze current and future state business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop user stories, use cases, business rules, and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Support requirements traceability and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
