Job summary

You will collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and business leads, applying iterative design practices and usability testing to refine solutions and meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience designing across web and mobile interfaces.
• Ability to conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and sitemaps.
• Proficiency with industry-standard UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro).
• Ensure accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG) are incorporated.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital interfaces for web and mobile.
• Incorporate stakeholder and user feedback into design iterations with timely updates to artifacts.
• Follow client digital service standards and UX best practices.
• Apply UX/UI frameworks and research methods to support product design outcomes.
• Provide coaching and knowledge transfer on UX practices to project teams.
• Prepare design artifacts and presentations including user flows, journey maps, and research findings.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder alignment meetings.
