Job summary

Symbiotic Digital in Toronto is seeking an experienced UX Designer to create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile. The role involves researching, designing, prototyping, testing, and refining interfaces to enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, lead UX workshops, and translate research into wireframes, flows and prototypes for a wide range of devices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing GUI for web and mobile apps.
• Experience leading UX projects and workshops.
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Create effective, user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Design digital products for exceptional UX and iterate from user testing.
• Design interfaces for digital displays, publications, media and other materials.
• Apply user-centered design and rapid testing.
• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys and usability testing.
• Translate research into sitemaps, flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes.
• Deliver wireframes, user stories, flows and prototypes for multiple devices.
• Facilitate product vision through research, ideation and prototyping.
• Identify design challenges and develop user-centered solutions.
• Make strategic UX decisions for features.
• Incorporate user feedback to improve interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and QA.
