  • Youll facilitate workshops, design critiques, playback sessions, and stakeholder decision-making activities.
  • Youll prepare developer-ready Figma specifications, assets, behaviours, responsive guidance, and acceptance criteria.
  • Youll support implementation reviews, design-quality assurance, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience with responsive web and mobile design, information architecture, journeys, task flows, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, forms, navigation, search, validation, and interaction states.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AODA, WCAG, accessibility, and inclusive-design practices.
  • Experience contributing to design systems, including reusable components, patterns, tokens, interaction and content guidance, and governance.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Public-sector experience is preferred, and a portfolio with at least three relevant case studies is required.
