Altis Technology seeks a Senior UX Designer to shape accessible, intuitive digital public services. Youll lead discovery, research, and design of user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces, aligning with accessibility standards for a public-sector environment.
Youll collaborate with researchers, content specialists, developers, and stakeholders to deliver inclusive, user-centered solutions and contribute to a design system with reusable components and guidance.
Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid, minimum 3 days on-site
Language: Strong written and spoken English communication required
Duration: 6-month contract, with potential extension of up to 6 months
Were looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape accessible, intuitive digital products and public services within a large public-sector environment. Youll bring research, design thinking, and hand-on UX/UI expertise together to improve priority user journeys and create experiences that respond to real user needs.
Working alongside researchers, content and accessibility specialists, developers, product leads, and business stakeholders, youll turn evidence into practical, implementation-ready solutions. This is an opportunity to influence complex, high-impact services while championing inclusive, user-centred design.
Youll work on meaningful digital services with broad public impact while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that values evidence-based design. The role offers exposure to complex service-design challenges, accessibility standards, design-system evolution, and opportunities to share your expertise through coaching and knowledge transfer.
