Job summary

Don Valley Volkswagen in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Used Car Sales Consultant to join the team. You will learn and maintain product knowledge on Volkswagen vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and work towards meeting customer needs while following OMVIC rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years automotive sales experience preferred.
• OMVIC certification required.
• Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong computer literacy and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Flexible with work schedules, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions and understand customer needs.
• Maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer vehicles and incentive programs.
• Project a positive attitude to benefit customers and coworkers.
• Ensure work is thorough, accurate, and completed promptly.
• Attend factory and dealer training as scheduled.
• Handle customer calls and provide timely vehicle quotes and progress updates.
• Follow up with factory/distributors on late vehicle deliveries and OMVIC compliance.
