AutoCanada's Maple Ridge Volkswagen is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who interacts with customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases. You will present vehicles, explain financing, and help customers choose options that fit their lifestyle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing role, a hunter mentality, and strong communication. Compensation is entirely commission-based, with a potential range of CAD 60,000–110,000 annually, reflecting performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience.
• Hunter mentality with proven relationship-building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor, presenting a professional environment that supports automotive sales.
• Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, financing and applications processes for clients.
• Build rapport through strong communication to help customers select vehicles and finalize payment terms.
