Job summary

Yorkdale Volkswagen in Toronto is seeking a Parts Consultant to supply Volkswagen parts and accessories over the counter, by phone, or to technicians. You’ll manage inventory, maintain records, and promote parts sales while supporting the Service Department.

Training and development are encouraged as part of career growth. Qualifications include automotive experience or relevant education, VW exposure is a plus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent automotive experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with Volkswagen is an asset.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and technicians promptly.
• Process parts orders via phone, email, and in person.
• Identify parts using catalogs and resources to minimize errors.
• Promote parts and service-related accessories to customers.
• Maintain records for parts, invoices, and inventory.
• Coordinate reorders and emergency orders when needed.
• Work with Service and Sales for seamless customer experience.
