Steele Buick GMC, part of Steele Auto Group, seeks an Automotive Red Seal Pre-owned Reconditioning Technician to join the team. You will diagnose and adjust systems to OEM specs, restore vehicles to like-new condition, and advise on repairs to support the pre-owned vehicle business.

The role offers a flat-rate compensation structure tailored to experience, with a biweekly minimum income aligned with 64 flat-rate hours and a performance incentive program.

Qualifications

• Red Seal certification in automotive repair is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing various makes and models.
• Ability to restore vehicles to like-new condition following OEM specs.

As an Automotive Red Seal Pre-owned Reconditioning Technician with Steele Buick GMC, you will play a key role in growing our pre-owned vehicle business. You will work on a variety of makes and models, diagnose and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications, advise the team on customer vehicle repairs and condition, and restore vehicles to like‑new condition, helping drive the overall success of the team.
