Steele Auto Group in Halifax is seeking a Red Seal Auto Body and Collision Technician to join our Halifax team. The role is on-site with a flat rate hourly compensation between $30.40 and $32.50, depending on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities include assembly/disassembly, body work prep, masking, priming, sanding, buffing, painting, and structural repairs. A valid driver's license is required, and neat facial hair is necessary for respirator seals as per safety guidelines.

Steele Collision Halifaxis currently seeking qualified Red Seal Auto Body and Collision Technicians to join our growing team.

Compensation: Flat rate structure ranging from $30.40 to $ 32.50 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Excellent diagnostic skills, pride in workmanship, team player
• Must have a valid drivers’ license and be able to provide an acceptable driver abstract.
• Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason, please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
