Steele Auto Group in Halifax is seeking qualified Red Seal Auto Body and Collision Technicians to join the team. The role offers a flat rate hourly compensation based on experience and certifications, with a performance incentive program for extra earnings.

Steele Collision Halifaxis currently seeking qualified Red Seal Auto Body and Collision Technicians to join our growing team.

Compensation: Flat rate structure ranging from $30.40 to $ 32.50 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Excellent diagnostic skills, pride in workmanship, team player
• Must have a valid drivers’ license and be able to provide an acceptable driver abstract.
• Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason, please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
