Steele Auto Group in Fredericton, NB is seeking an Automotive Red Seal Pre-owned Reconditioning Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and recondition a variety of makes and models to manufacturer specifications and advise the team on repairs and vehicle condition.

We offer a flat-rate pay structure tailored to your experience, with a biweekly minimum income aligned to 64 flat-rate hours and a Performance Incentive Program that rewards productive shop hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold Automotive Red Seal certification.
• Experience with vehicle reconditioning and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and adjust systems to manufacturer specs.

As an Automotive Red Seal Pre-owned Reconditioning Technician with Steele Buick GMC, you will play a key role in growing our pre-owned vehicle business. You will work on a variety of makes and models, diagnose and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications, advise the team on customer vehicle repairs and condition, and restore vehicles to like-new condition, helping drive the overall success of the team.

Flat Rate compensation structure, tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency.

Guarantee: To support stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.
