Steele Buick GMC, part of Steele Auto Group, seeks an Automotive Red Seal Pre-owned Reconditioning Technician to join the team. You will diagnose and adjust systems to OEM specs, restore vehicles to like-new condition, and advise on repairs to support the pre-owned vehicle business.

The role offers a flat-rate compensation structure tailored to experience, with a biweekly minimum income aligned with 64 flat-rate hours and a performance incentive program.

Qualifications

• Red Seal certification in automotive repair is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing various makes and models.
• Ability to restore vehicles to like-new condition following OEM specs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications.
• Restore vehicles to like-new condition for pre-owned inventory.
• Advise the team on customer vehicle repairs and condition.
• Work on a variety of makes and models in the shop.
