Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of US payroll administration experience.
• Experience with multi-state US payroll and payroll tax reporting.
• Experience with Paychex required.
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support regular US payroll processing with accurate inputs.
• Reconcile payroll data, taxes, and balances; resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll tax reporting and filings using Paychex and related systems.
• Assist with Canadian payroll including ROE and T4/T4A as needed.
• Maintain payroll records and audit-ready documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll questions.
