Job summary

RA in Canada is seeking a Unit Manager (Food Services) to oversee daily operations, ensure food safety, manage staff, and maintain inventory in line with company standards. The role requires a strong F&B background, at least 2 years in food service management, excellent communication, and solid administrative skills.

A car is required and weekend availability is expected to support operations and guest service.

Qualifications

  • Must have a car and be able to work weekends.
  • Strong F&B background with capability to support staff in operations.
  • Strong administrative skills to handle Compass/Air Canada admin tasks.
  • At least 2 years of related food service management experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong leadership and teamwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Log and maintain food temperatures
  • Replenish kitchenette/pantry items according to standards
  • Keep display equipment and pantry area clean at all times
  • Service area and assist with inventory, storage and closeout tasks
  • Stock, clean and maintain pantry/kitchenette and equipment
  • Maintain inventory levels and place orders
  • Receive guests and deliveries
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Receive packages
  • Provide access to approved vendors and landlords
  • Greet visitors for test drives and direct them to sales contacts on site

Description

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.

  • Log and maintain food temperatures

  • Always follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures
  • Receiving packages.
  • Providing access to approved vendors/Landlord.
  • Greeting those that are here for scheduled test drives.
  • Providing very basic information for those wanting more details on our products. Directing them to our website or connecting them with a sales contact on site.
