Job summary

Louis W. Bray Construction Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Underground Division in Ottawa, Ontario.

This role focuses on coordinating sewer and water infrastructure projects from tender through completion, assisting with scheduling, cost estimation, documentation, and communications. The successful candidate will help prepare quantity takeoffs, review drawings, manage RFQs, and coordinate procurement, while maintaining accurate project records and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Requires a post-secondary diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating underground infrastructure projects, particularly sewer and water programs, is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential for coordinating stakeholders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and site teams from tender through completion.
• Assist in scheduling, cost estimation, documentation, and project communications.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs for underground projects and review specs/drawings for scope.
• Draft RFQs, coordinate material and equipment procurement, and track change orders.
