Job summary

Dumas Contracting Inc. is seeking a MacLean Bolter Operator to safely operate ground support equipment in underground development headings at Lalor, Snow Lake Manitoba. You will follow the mine plan, perform pre-operational checks, and collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets.

The role features a 14/14 rotation with 11.5‑hour shifts. Compensation includes a wage range of $68.80-$86.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance,

Qualifications

Experience operating a MacLean Bolter in underground mining.
Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core certification.
Knowledge of drilling and blasting techniques.

Responsibilities

Operate MacLean Bolter to install primary and secondary ground support in development headings according to the mine plan.
Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Participate in workplace inspections and hazard assessments.
Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership.
