Manroc Developments Inc. is seeking MacLean Bolter Operators for the Lac Des Iles project site. You will operate mechanized bolters underground, prioritizing safety and production targets while working on a 14/14 rotation with camp accommodations and Fly-In Fly-Out access.

Ideal candidates have experience with mechanized bolting, value teamwork, and demonstrate a strong safety culture. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a diverse underground mining

Qualifications

• Experience operating a mechanized bolter.
• Ontario Underground Hard Rock Common Core modules U0018.
• Willingness to pass pre-access testing.
• Ability to work rotational schedules.
