Job summary

Dumas Contracting Inc. is seeking a MacLean Bolter Operator to efficiently install ground support in underground development headings across multiple sites in the Timmins Camp.

You will adhere to strict safety protocols and site procedures while meeting production targets and performing routine equipment maintenance. Role requires prior experience with MacLean Bolters and Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core certification, with the ability to work in physically demanding, confined

Responsibilities

• Operate MacLean Bolter to install primary and secondary ground support (rock bolts, mesh, screen) in development headings according to the mine plan.
• Ensure compliance with company and site safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment, reporting issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
• Participate in workplace inspections and hazard assessments.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership

Position

MacLean Bolter Operator -Multiple Projects (Various sites across the Timmins Camp, Embedded & FIFO)

Rotation

7/7, 14/14, 4/5/5/4

Shift

10 - 12 Hour shifts, depending on the site schedule

Wage

$68.80 - $86.00/HR

Potential Renumeration

About the Role

As a MacLean Bolter Operator with Dumas, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of MacLean bolting equipment to install ground support in underground development headings. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and safety of the mine.

Key Responsibilities
