We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager. This is a unique leadership position with responsibilities across multiple store locations. The Wine Shop (TWS) is a vibrant and healthy one hundred and one store retail system devoted to pouring extraordinary into everyday life through best in class customer service, products and experiences! We are seeking an inspirational leader, focused on delivering extraordinary customer experiences and building a collaborative environment. The Assistant Retail Manager will be accountable for supporting store operations and teammate training & engagement. We Are Looking For a Leader With

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in retail sales and/or customer service.
• Smart Serve Certification
• Proven leadership results
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills
• A strong business sense with a creative desire to increase sales
• Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word and Excel
• Flexibility for evening and weekend work on a weekly basis.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs on a regular basis, as well as frequent need to stand, bend, and twist
