Thornhill Dental in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our patient-focused team. You will be the main contact for patients, explain treatment plans and financing options, coordinate appointments, and support the clinical team to deliver seamless care.

Qualifications

• Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required.
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required.
• Experience with dental software programs is required.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options.
• Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team.
• Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans.
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.

Schedule: Full-Time

Monday: 7:30am - 5:00pm

Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:30pm

Wednesday: 9:00am - 6:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am - 6:30pm

Friday: 9:00am - 2:00pm

The wage for this Treatment Coordinator position is$25-$30/hourdepending on skills, experience, and location.
