Job summary

The Marshall Group-Staffing, Recruitment & Employment Agency (Dental & Medical) is seeking a friendly, energetic Treatment Coordinator/Dental Receptionist for a general dental practice in Toronto. You will work at the Spadina/Queen and Bloor/Bathurst locations, with parking available at the latter, and handle both reception and treatment coordination tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years Canadian experience as a dental receptionist, can discuss treatment plans with patients, and will use Tracker

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and discuss treatment with patients.

• Maintain treatment plans and coordinate follow-ups.

Our client is seeking a friendly, energetic, experienced and responsible Treatment Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to join their general Dental practice.

• Toronto, ON

POSITION:

• Experienced Dental Receptionist(2+ years Canadian experience)
• Experience communicating to patients about treatment plans

SOFTWARE:

Tracker software

LOCATION:

Toronto (Mainly Spadina/Queen- no parking) & (Bloor/Bathurst-parking available), go to both locations

HOURS:

Mon to Thurs 8-4/9-5 some Fridays 9-2

COMPENSATION:

$28-$32 depending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW: (In addition to doing TC, do Reception too)

• Preparing estimates, communicating with patients about treatment, supporting front desk duties including recalls and booking appointments.
• Presentfees,giveestimates fortreatment for a crowns, bridges etc, and make financial arrangements with the patient
• Prepare and submit all pre-determinations from treatment plans
• Maintain treatment plans and follow up (communicate treatments, fees, insurance inquires/estimates, financial arrangements)
• Ability to communicate all concerns to dentist
• Takes direction well and follows through with all tasks assigned
