This is a great opportunity for a Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment and enjoys travel.

About the Position

You’ll coordinate internal and external teams, track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules, assist with procurement, and serve as a key liaison for clients and stakeholders. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organization, and the ability to work independently while travelling.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years’ experience supporting light industrial or commercial construction projects (e.g., retail store builds, distribution facilities, pre‑engineered steel structures)
  • Proven ability to assist with RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change order tracking
  • Experience coordinating subtrades, procurement, and documentation from mobilization through closeout
  • Strong communicator comfortable working with field and head office teams remotely
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision while travelling
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $85K–$100K (depending on experience and travel flexibility)
  • Bonus: 5% annually
  • LOA: 15% travel uplift added on top of base salary
