Job summary

Vixxo Facility Solutions seeks a traveling equipment technician to service customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will be based in Field, BC, Canada and travel within the territory to repair espresso, coffee brewing and water systems.

You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance, meet SLA requirements, and build strong relationships with customers while ensuring safety and quality on every service visit. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience servicing equipment.
• Experience using testing equipment for general electric and water systems.
• Must like coffee and can taste and verify repairs.
• Smartphone proficiency for inventory, scheduling, and communication.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems within an assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and deliver professional, reliable service compliant with safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements, conduct thorough inspections, perform timely maintenance, and complete accurate paperwork.

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.

• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which included conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing schedules, and other tasks
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
