Job summary

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Experienced Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes Salinas, CA and the surrounding areas. You will work independently to provide reactive and preventative maintenance services for commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems across the territory.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of equipment service experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn.

Qualifications

• At least one year of equipment servicing experience with testing equipment.
• At least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Coffee tasting enjoyment as part of repair process.
• Proficient using smartphones for inventory, scheduling and tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Repair espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, delivering professional, safe service.
• Meet SLA requirements with inspections, timely maintenance, and proper paperwork.
