Job summary

Vixxo Facility Solutions is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory including Sarasota, FL, with a pay range of $23–$29 per hour. A $1500 signing bonus and quarterly bonuses, plus a company vehicle, are offered.

You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance across assigned territory, working independently to ensure equipment reliability and service quality while meeting safety guidelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of equipment servicing experience.
• At least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Must like coffee; tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, manage scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules.
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.
