Job summary

Vixxo Facility Solutions is hiring a full-time Equipment Technician to service the Edmonton, Canada area and surrounding regions. Compensation ranges from $23 per hour to $29 per hour, with a $1500 signing bonus and quarterly bonuses.

You will work independently to provide reactive and preventative maintenance across an assigned territory. You will repair espresso and water systems, own customer relationships, and ensure safety and quality in all tasks while meeting SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing or customer-service experience.
• Must like coffee; tasting is part of repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Smartphone proficient for inventory, scheduling, and tasks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, grinding, and water systems within the territory.
• Own relationships with customers, delivering professional and reliable service adhering to safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements with thorough inspections and timely maintenance performed correctly the first time, with accurate paperwork.

Top 3 Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• People enjoy working with their hands and tinkering with anything electrical or mechanical.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, manage scheduling, and other tasks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
