Builtwell Bank is seeking a Business Relationship Banker in Dalton, GA to grow a portfolio of family-owned and community-focused businesses and serve as a trusted financial adviser. The role emphasizes building niches in selected industries and frequent client meetings to strengthen relationships with Retail Bank Market Leaders.

You will work closely with Commercial Relationship Managers on referrals for higher value deals and document credit packages thoroughly in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong working relationships with Retail Bank Market Leaders and with centralized small business lending unit.
• Builds a portfolio of family-owned, community-minded, and multi-generational businesses and acts as a financial adviser.
• Completes fifteen face-to-face meetings with business decision makers weekly.
• Documents credit request packages accurately and fully in CRM system.
• Represents the Bank’s advisory capacity and supports referral opportunities for larger commercial needs.
