Job summary

RBC in Canada is seeking a proactive banking professional to acquire, grow and deepen relationships with high-value small business clients. You will deliver tailored financial advice, manage risk, and partner with RBC specialists to provide a seamless One RBC experience.

You will travel locally to meet clients and support their growth. The role emphasizes external marketing, client acquisition and collaboration across RBC segments, with a focus on delivering trusted advice and measurable

Qualifications

• Business development and client acquisition skills, including building and leveraging Centres of Influence within the local business community
• Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Acquire, grow and deepen client relationships through tailored financial advice to meet their needs
• Proactively contact clients, gather insights, understand needs and ongoing satisfaction with RBC
• Plan and prioritize client and market activities, introduce RBC partners to fulfill business and personal financial needs
• Manage risk and exercise due diligence in banking procedures and develop action plans in response to concerns/risks
• Champion digital enablement and RBC mobile/online applications to engage clients through their channel of choice
• Visit clients on-site to understand their business objectives and operations
