American Campus Communities seeks a Corporate Operations Specialist to lead teams as an interim General Manager across properties. The role involves hands-on operations, budgeting, and collaboration with regional and corporate teams to achieve occupancy and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years' experience in student/multi-family housing.
• Proven leadership abilities and track record in property operations.
• Experience overseeing budgeting, financial reviews and revenue generation.
• General Manager experience in open student/multi-family housing is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property supported.
• Direct oversight of property finances, expenses and revenue.
• Implement and support the property’s marketing and leasing efforts.
• Manage facilities and on-site team supervision and development.
• Collaborate with Regional VPs, Regional Managers and corporate teams.
• Represent the company in all interactions with communities and partners.
