Job summary

Campus Living Centres is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our community, including finance, tenant relations, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. You will manage staff, supervise payroll, and ensure policy compliance while driving occupancy and service excellence.

The role requires leadership, budget control, and strong communication; experience in housing/property management is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Recognized college diploma or university degree.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years industry or management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget preparation and control for the building.
• Manage tenant relations, leasing, and occupancy targets.
• Direct payroll, HR, staff development and performance reviews.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property upkeep.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance with Health & Safety.
• Represent company with stakeholders and senior managers.
• Utilize marketing to attract residents.
