Aramark Canada is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee multiple units on a large Higher Education account. You will guide a diverse team, set service vision, and ensure delivery excellence while developing staff and sustaining client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a large multi-site team across services (restaurant, retail, catering).
• Advanced food safety qualification.
• Strong financial literacy related to food, labour, inventory control.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
• Experience managing 30–50 associates; unionized environment is an asset.
