Job summary

YouthLink seeks a dedicated Wraparound Facilitator to support youth under 18 and their families. You will guide teams, coordinate services, and advocate for the youth’s goals in a culturally competent, trauma-informed framework.

The role requires two years of experience with youth and families, a relevant degree, and ability to travel for community outreach. Equity and safety are core to our practice, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field with emphasis on youth and family services.
• Experience with Wraparound approaches or family-centered planning is preferred.
• Trauma-informed and anti-Black racism equity practices are assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide Wraparound services for youth under 18 at risk of entering or in care.
• Guide families through strengths-based planning and crisis safety measures.
• Coordinate with welfare, schools, and service providers; advocate for youth.
