Job summary

NFI Massachusetts Inc. in Wilmington, MA seeks a seasoned Program Director to oversee the Milestone program, a trauma-informed, family-focused adolescent residential setting.

You will supervise the management team, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with the agency mission while working with youth referred by DCF. Five years of supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory/managerial experience in an adolescent residential program and/or campus.
• Experience with youth population is required.
• On-call support and unannounced after-hours visits are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the management team.
• Oversee program budget with fiscal responsibility.
• Participate in agency investigations as needed.
• Develop and ensure adherence to program and agency policy.
• Communicate with families, funding and licensing representatives.
• Ensure alignment with agency mission, vision and values.
