Job summary

Aunt Leah's Link Housing Program seeks a Program Coordinator to lead a team delivering trauma-informed housing supports for youth aging out of care. You will manage rental assistance, housing navigation, and eviction prevention, while ensuring funding compliance with Reaching Home, BC Housing, and partners.

Reporting to the Director of Housing & Education Programs, you will supervise staff, coordinate with landlords and funders, and drive continuous improvement in services and outcomes for youth

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program supervision, development, and implementation.
  • Strong background in housing services for at-risk youth and families.
  • Experience supporting marginalized populations and managing funded programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee participant support plans and balanced staff caseloads focused on housing stability.
  • Manage Reaching Home and BC Housing funding programs and ensure eligibility.
  • Provide guidance during emergencies and coordinate safety planning.
  • Ensure staff adhere to policies, privacy, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor funder reporting, program outcomes, and data integrity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff through supervision and performance reviews.
