NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Counselor/Behavioral Health Professional to join our residential program serving youth ages 5-14 in a K-8 school setting. You will help maintain a safe, supportive environment and engage participants in daily activities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or 90 college credits) in human services or related fields and experience with youth in residential or day treatment settings. Strong listening, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Bridge Crossing has an immediate opening for Direct Care Counselor/Behavioral Health Professional in our residential treatment program serving youth ages 5-14 in a K-8 school setting. Counselors are responsible for day-to-day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment, assist with learning, direct supervision and engagement of participants. Tasks include crisis intervention and all related documentation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree/minimum 90 college credits in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, early childhood education or equivalent, plus experience working with youth in a residential or day treatment setting. Strong listening skills and creative mindset are needed. Great communication skills are necessary as this position requires positive team dynamics.
