Job summary

The Link: Youth and Family Supports seeks a Healing Homes Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide Youth Care Practitioners, and implement Healing Plans for youth and families. You will collaborate with professionals to ensure trauma-informed, strength-based care within the program.

Responsibilities include case management oversight, plan updates, staff supervision, and ensuring licensing standards are met, while maintaining a therapeutic home environment.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in a group care program.
• Supervisory and program management experience.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and resiliency-based frameworks.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Healing Homes and supervise staff.
• Develop Healing Plans with youth, families and professionals.
• Coordinate case management and licensing compliance.
• Foster continuity of care and staff development.
