Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations and driver management.
• Monitor KPI metrics like on-time delivery and safety performance.
• Collect driver feedback to improve delivery experience.
• Assist with payroll, logs, and expense reporting for drivers.
• Ensure safe vehicle operation and proper lifting practices.
• Lead performance conversations and coaching for staff.
• Provide training rides for drivers as needed.
• Complete evaluations and safety/injury logs.
• Analyze data to evaluate department and individual performance.
