Job summary

4TRACKS LTD is seeking an operations supervisor to oversee daily activities at our Winnipeg location. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years of related work experience, with all work performed on-site.

You will evaluate daily operations, monitor department performance, plan and organize activities, and prepare reports for senior management. The position also involves supervising and training staff to maintain high standards of operation.
