JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Transportation Analyst / Customer Service Representative to join its Inbound Transportation team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will support customer pickups and domestic transportation operations while working closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams. The role requires someone who can manage a high volume of requests and escalations, work with data, and clearly communicate information to both operational teams and senior leadership.
