Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage outbound shipments and transportation schedules based on client orders.
• Plan and communicate dispatch schedules with carriers and drivers.
• Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound status and report inventory discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to issues during transportation (e.g., delays, damages) and provide updates.
• Prepare logistics and transportation documents and input data into systems (e.g., BOL, POD).
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
