Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Jr Maintenance Support Coordinator to join a top Transportation client in Ajax, Ontario. You will monitor fleet maintenance schedules and track automated reports to help ensure maintenance is completed on time and operations run smoothly.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to follow through on tasks. You will coordinate maintenance activities, identify issues, and escalate to the appropriate teams or vendors while

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience coordinating or tracking maintenance activities in an operational environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage a task list and consistently follow items through to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly professional email communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and track automated reports to ensure timely maintenance.
• Follow up on units requiring attention and coordinate with internal teams or vendors.
• Support fuel-efficiency initiatives and identify issues for escalation.
• Work closely with the transportation team to manage tasks and track issues through completion.
