Coach Canada seeks an experienced Assistant Maintenance/ Facility Manager for its Mississauga facility. This role combines hands-on maintenance leadership with strong administrative oversight to ensure fleet reliability, regulatory compliance, and efficient shop operations.

You will lead mechanics and staff, manage maintenance records and schedules, and drive safety and performance across 24/7 operations. Travel to the United States may be required for collaboration and training.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in fleet/heavy‑duty maintenance.
• Strong admin and record-keeping skills.
• Experience with maintenance software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to the United States as required.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily with Shift Assistant Maintenance/ Facility Manager to prioritize work and ensure a smooth shift transition.
• Lead and support mechanics, apprentices, and wash bay employees; oversee daily shop operations and fleet readiness.
• Manage work orders, maintenance records, preventive maintenance schedules, and employee timecards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Hold team members accountable for safety, quality of work, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
