OMERS & Oxford Properties is seeking a motivated EA professional to join the Toronto-based team, supporting Data and Technology and internal business customers. You will engage with business, solution, and enterprise architectures, helping govern processes and maintain the EA repository.

The role emphasizes communication, collaboration, and governance, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence four days per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution within Business Technology, Computer Science, or a related program.
• Ability to respond to ad hoc requests with flexibility and priority management.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to support technology governance and document outcomes.
• Assist with Application Portfolio Management and keep EA repository up to date.
• Research trends and document impact for the Emerging Technology Radar publication.
• Contribute to rollout of the enterprise technology strategy.
• Assist solution architects in documentation and analysis activities.
• Support other Enterprise Architecture initiatives as needed.
