Colliers in Toronto is seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator for Enterprise clients. You will support national, regional, and global accounts, coordinating acquisitions, dispositions, sales, and subleases while delivering market intelligence and proactive advice.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in transaction coordination within commercial real estate, a bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills. This onsite role offers career growth and exposure to a global enterprise team.

As part of the Enterprise Clients team, you will support several strategic Client accounts nationally, regionally and globally. In this role, you will provide market intelligence and proactive advice while managing transactions such as Acquisitions, Dispositions, Sales, Subleases, etc. Be part of a team that strives for ongoing improvement, providing best in class tools, technology and process disciplines.

Approximate Compensation Range for Role: $53,931 to $87,000
Area/Location Specific: Toronto, ON
Our Compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all CAN locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
