Job summary

Colliers in Calgary seeks a Data Coordinator to manage and validate market information within our platform. You will source and update listing availability, verify transactional data, and proactively research market comparables.

Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors, you’ll help ensure data integrity and support efficient data collection processes on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in a related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in real estate.
  • Broad experience with data management programs and policies.
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Source and update listing availability information in the database.
  • Review and verify Colliers transactional information to maintain data accuracy.
  • Research market lease and sales comparables; collaborate with Colliers and external advisors.
  • Collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and others to collect/update data per SLAs.
  • Attend sales meetings and document information accurately in the platform.
  • canvassing and confirm tenants within assigned properties.
  • Assist with survey calls to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information.

As a Data Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and validating market information within our platform. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and updating listing availability information, verifying transactional data, and proactively researching market comparables. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data integrity initiatives and optimize daily data collection processes.

In this role, you will…
  • Source and update listing availability information into our database with precision and efficiency.
  • Review and verify Colliers transactional information from our Deals to maintain data accuracy.
  • Proactively research and capture market lease and sales comparables, collaborating with Colliers and external advisors.
  • Collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and others to collect and update relevant data as per established SLAs.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussed information into our platform.
  • Canvassing and confirmation of tenants within assigned office and industrial properties.
  • Assist with survey calling to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information
What You'll Bring
  • Degree and/or diploma in a related field, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience, ideally in a similar role within the real estate industry, showcasing your expertise.
  • Broad range of experience with data management programs and policies, highlighting your proficiency.
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.
