Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a Project Coordinator / Estimator in Vancouver to support construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate documentation, track costs, assist with scheduling, procurement support, and estimating activities in collaboration with project managers and field teams.

The role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and proficiency with MS Office and construction management software, with a focus on delivering accurate measurements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related role.
• Solid understanding of commercial, industrial, or design-build construction.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
• Experience preparing meeting minutes, action logs, schedules, and project documentation.
• Estimating experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, QA/QC reports, and NCRs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and progress reports.
• Track budgets, costs, invoices, and progress billings.
• Assist with bid evaluations, tender summaries, and subcontract awards.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
