Io4tech is seeking a proactive project coordinator to join our Montreal team. You will participate in project planning and tracking, organize follow-up meetings with clients, prepare minutes and progress reports, and collaborate with project managers to keep initiatives on schedule.

Your strengths in French communication, organization, and service mindset will help coordinate deliverables, manage risks, and support continuous improvement of our project-management tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in French (English an asset).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take part in project planning and tracking (tasks, schedules, budgets)
• Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings (internal or with clients)
• Prepare minutes, presentations and progress reports
• Collaborate with project managers and specialists to ensure projects progress smoothly
• Help coordinate deliverables, manage risks and solve problems
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project-management tools and processes
