The Training Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for employee training programs, focusing primarily on the Operator Advancement Program (OAP) and overall employee development initiatives. The role is responsible for scheduling, record-keeping, communications, and assisting in the maintenance of training systems and materials. The position requires flexibility to work afternoon shifts on a project basis to support training delivery for night shift employees.
